After graduating he completed a dedicated training programme at the largest single-site recruitment company in the UK, qualifying with an MREC. He then moved to London where he joined a boutique recruitment company which specialised in recruiting into membership organisations before forming membershipbespoke with two former colleagues.
In recognition of his work in this space, he has become one of the of most highly regarded recruiters in the UK and twice been nominated at the highly prestigious Jobsite recruiter awards.
Daniel lives in Tunbridge Wells with his wife and young son. He has a keen interest in sport, cinema and travel.
Prior to embarking on his recruitment career, Dennis graduated from Sussex university and initially worked in Kitchens before working for Prudential Assurance and rising through the ranks to a business analyst within their Business to Business department.
Dennis thrives in a people led business and decided to move away from spreadsheets to business development and sales related work. He has never looked back. Dennis is proud to have achieved personal billings in excess of £4.5m during his time in recruitment. He is very passionate about remaining close to candidates and clients and keeping doing what he loves most which is placing people in jobs. His attention to the people that matter in a recruitment process has meant he has also twice been nominated at the highly prestigious Jobsite recruiter awards.
