Our client a leading professional body is recruiting for a Membership Coordinator which play a key role in the running of the department and the growth of the Institutions membership.
If you have membership experience working for Trade Association, Professional Body, Chartered Institute Regulatory Body, Royal Society, Membership Body or a corporate organisation, FTSE 100, Blue chip, engineer, engineering, construction organisation we would love to hear from you.
This role is a key role within the team and will work closely with the Membership Development Manager to process applications from members outside the UK and ensure processes are followed to ensure high levels of customer service. This role will involve liaison with our office in Hong Kong, as well as members in Australia, New Zealand, UAE and Qatar to organise professional review interviews for Chartered professionals and Incorporated professionals. The role will support the membership development campaigns and once settled within the role there is opportunity to get involved further with key country campaigns to grow membership further for the institution.
Key Experience and Skills Required
The has a large element of administration using the central CRM database, Salesforce.
Candidates applying should have experience of using CRM databases and contacting members/customers by email and telephone.
The role requires confident telephone skills as all staff in the department are required to support incoming calls into the department as well as making outgoing calls on a regular basis.
The department is a busy environment so if you are someone who enjoys a busy lively office with interaction with a range of stakeholders then one of these roles may be for you.
Ideally we are looking for individuals who have at least 1-3 years’ experience in a membership environment but we will consider applications from those with less experience who can demonstrate they have the right attitude and skills to grow within the roles.
