Membership Proposition Manager
Basic Salary £33,000 with excellent benefits

My client a reputable and established membership body based in Northamptonshire is currently searching for a Membership Proposition Manager
The role is to develop the membership value propositions for all members, identifying the key stages of the member journey and developing and aligning key products and services to meet the needs of all members.
Gather insight into the needs of all members, by segment, at each stage of their journey.
Develop compelling value propositions across segments
Develop innovative and progressive solutions that meet the needs of members and reflect advances in technology, including digital badging, online mentoring and careers development.
Project-manage initiatives from inception through to launch.
Support key stakeholders in the delivery of the membership proposition.
Work closely with Marketing to ensure a common understanding of product positioning, key benefits, target customers and effective messaging.
Lead on internal and external communication around membership propositions.
Communicate effectively in both education and commercial markets.
Identify opportunities for new product development.
Knowledge and Experience Required
GCSE Maths & English Grade A-C or equivalent
Experience of working in a membership team
Experience of developing membership propositions/ products & services to meet members’ needs
Understanding of the membership journey and the need to develop a value proposition that meets their needs at each stage.
Project management skills
Experience and understanding of digital badging
Experience of developing mentoring programmes
Experience of developing career development opportunities for members
Product development experience, specifically membership benefits, products and services
Up to date understanding of digital solutions to support members of a professional body.
