Membership Reporting Manager, financial sector society, £28-£33k depending on experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for the effective management and delivery of member support services at a society in the financial sector. The post holder will have a focus on putting together detailed reports and using data analysis to inform strategy on acquisition, growth and retention.
Managing client services to members and developing processes and systems to deliver this service
Working closely with the IT Executive and other stakeholders to create an ongoing monthly report that brings together data on membership, finances, engagement and marketing while making connections between these data sets and building a compelling narrative around identified trends
Utilising analysis of quantitative and qualitative data while working closely with the Head of Member
Delivery to develop and deliver membership acquisition, growth and retention strategies
Managing the administration and delivery of Statements of Professional Standing (SPS) to members and supporting SPS audit process
The successful candidate will be a dynamic membership specialist with experience in all aspects of operating a membership scheme and with proven ability in data reporting and analysis. You will have some experience in looking at long term membership strategies and, based on data evaluation and insights, in implementing changes that will ensure that members obtain best value from their membership. You will be highly proficient in all aspects of membership administration. You will have gained your experience within a membership organisation, professional body or charity.
